About Cardam Homes
Cardam Homes is a real estate investment company. We evaluate properties for possible direct purchase and may purchase, assign, transfer, market, or resell contractual or ownership interests where permitted by law. Unless separately agreed in writing, Cardam Homes is not acting as your real estate agent, attorney, tax adviser, financial adviser, or fiduciary.
No Obligation and No Guaranteed Offer
Submitting a property inquiry does not obligate you to sell and does not obligate Cardam Homes to make or accept an offer. Any preliminary estimate, discussion, or expression of interest is nonbinding. A transaction exists only after the parties sign a written agreement. Offers may depend on property condition, title, access, inspections, disclosures, market conditions, and other due diligence.
Accuracy of Information
